Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HeySleep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
HeySleep is a sleep tracking application that helps you monitor and analyze your sleep patterns. The App uses sensors from your iPhone and/or Apple Watch to track sleep duration, detect sleep stages, and provide insights about your sleep quality.
Medical Disclaimer
You should not rely on HeySleep for medical decisions. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. HeySleep is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HeySleep. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
Account and Subscriptions
HeySleep offers both free and premium tiers:
- Free: Full sleep tracking with sleep stages (Awake, Light, Deep, REM), last night's sleep score, unlimited sleep history, and basic widgets.
- Premium: Full sleep score history, premium widget suite, detailed insights and trends analysis, and personalized sleep coaching.
Premium is available as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases provide permanent access without recurring charges. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
User Responsibilities
When using HeySleep, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when required
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Intellectual Property
HeySleep and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using HeySleep, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
HeySleep integrates with Apple HealthKit and may use other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
HeySleep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Sleep tracking data will be 100% accurate
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of or inability to use HeySleep.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of HeySleep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HeySleep at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
