Is my data private?

Absolutely. All your sleep data is processed and stored locally on your device. We never upload your personal or health data to our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > HeySleep. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open HeySleep, go to Settings > Subscription, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How accurate is the sleep tracking?

HeySleep uses similar algorithms to clinical sleep tracking devices. While not medical-grade, our sleep detection and stage classification are designed to give you reliable insights into your sleep patterns. Accuracy improves when using Apple Watch.
